Got questions? You’re not alone. We work with a lot of people who’ve tried other providers, felt stuck, or weren’t sure what to expect. So we put together real answers to the most common questions we get. No fluff, just info to help you feel confident moving forward.

A: Ask yourself these questions. Why are you seeking out another provider? What is your current treatment missing? Are you continually having to go back because your issue keeps coming back? Are they listening to you? Do they give you an end date for treatment? We give you a plan. We know exactly what we are looking for to set you up for success long-term. We give you the tools to feel confident in returning to activity.

A: Nope! We don’t have to do adjustments to get you out of pain and functioning better. While adjustments help to improve range of motion temporarily and can help with pain, they aren’t necessary. We have many techniques under our belts!

A: We work with anyone that is dedicated to getting back to health! If you are frustrated with being in pain and know that there is something out there for you. If you have tried traditional PT and chiro with little success. If you believe that movement is medicine and it will get you back to your goals!

A: I will be completely honest on whether or not that I can help you. We offer a Free Discovery Visit before an initial exam to help determine what limitations that we can work on during your treatment plan. We address the whole body, not just the area of pain.

A: Nope! We pride ourselves on being 1-on-1 with our patients for the whole hour. Each treatment plan is unique to the patient.

A: In general, YES! We fully support keeping you active during this time. There are some movements that we may modify due to pain or discomfort. We love communicating with your group class instructors to make sure that you are able to stay in your classes and your community!

A: We've personally experienced the challenges of dealing with injuries like low back pain and shoulder pain, so we understand how frustrating it can be. We’re committed to doing everything in our power to help you find relief. If we can’t, we’ll make sure to refer you to someone who can.

A: Absolutely. You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from movement-based care. If you want to feel better and move more confidently, you're in the right place.

A: Yes. Chronic pain doesn’t mean you’re broken. It just means no one’s addressed the root cause yet. We take the time to figure that out and move forward with a plan that makes sense.

A: Absolutely. Many patients keep working with us even after pain is gone because they want to stay ahead of future issues and keep performing at a high level.

A: Yes but it’s not about more exercises, it’s about the right ones. Your plan will be simple, focused, and designed to fit into your life, not take it over.

A: That’s usually not true. I first want to commend you for still looking after being told that! While pain is changing, you should still have strategies to reduce it, decrease the intensity and manage it. If you’ve been told that its something you’ll deal with forever, but still feel like something’s not right. We’re here to explore what others may have missed.

A: In my opinion, not at all. A lot of people end up spending more on takeout or small daily expenses than they would on care that helps them move better, feel better, and stay out of pain long term.
There’s no set price, because every plan is built around you, your goals, your injury history, and what it’ll take to get real results. On the phone, we’ll talk through your options and find what makes the most sense for you.

A: Yes! You can use your HSA or FSA to pay for visits or packages, just like you would at any other medical provider.

We try to get new patients scheduled within a week. If you’re in a lot of pain, let us know . We’ll do our best to get you in ASAP.

Q: Wear clothes you can move in. Athletic wear or anything comfortable works great — we’ll be assessing how you move and possibly doing hands-on work.
